[ She shrugs and spins the broom idly. ]

That's fair. You probably wouldn't say anything I don't already know anyway.

[He looks skeptical.] What are you to him? How do you know him so well?

[ She laughs. ] I'm a pain in the ass. We're from different versions of the same place, so I'm ... familiar with his work.

Yeah, well. He likes to make me a subject of his work.

You and literally everybody. Or did you get to be a special project? Must've really pissed him off.

[He thinks.]

You know, I don't have a clue whether I'm a special project, or if he's this insane with everybody else. Has he ever used his nasty tricks on you?

He has been known to play favorites.

[ She shrugs lightly. ]

He finds me disappointing.

[Dryly,] Maybe he doesn't take kindly to being hit with a broom.
